Recently Uttar Pradesh government will invite tenders in the month of November to choose the best developer of International airport at Jewar. The government is now working on trend document with PWC.
The YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) Arunvir Singh told that the airport schedule is on track and the procedure to award the bond to a concessionaire. The company will operate and build the airport like GMR. Likely it will be completed in the month of January 2019. The district administration was confident of finishing the land achievement as well.
If the government accepts to this timeline, then the airport’s first chapter will be operated in the year 2022 to 2013. The state government is preparing the trend document in the conference with PricewaterhouseCoopers. As well as the government is preparing to deliver a notification of the land acquisition under the Section 11 to get 3500 acres around for the international airport.
This month, the officials of government have said they reached 70 percent approval threshold from the farmers. Without this, the land acquisition procedure cannot move forward. The notification will be delivered in the month of October on the first week.
The District magistrate BN Singh said the procedure of data collection is turned on for the notification but they did not give any deadline to the project. If the villagers have not filed major objectives, the acquisition will be finished within two or three months of the notification will be issued.
The YEIDA and State government are also in discussion with the real estate and industrialists companies to give employment to precious farmers. The president of UP Credai and Prateek Group chairman Prashant Tiwari said the developers were prepared to employment chances.
The state government has proposed to give 2300 square meter for the agriculture land and half will be given to the residential plans under the rehabilitation package if one home is obtained in a developed area. As well as, the government has assured to offer Rs. 5.85 lakh as compensation and occupation to one member in each and every affected family.
