Guaranteeing that all policies of DDA – Delhi Development Authority “will execute as per plan”, Urban and Housing Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has announced that his service manages “foundations and not with people”. In a bureaucratic reshuffle, the legislature on Monday delegated senior IAS authorities Sanjeev Ranjan as NHAI Chairman and Sanjay Agarwal as Agriculture Secretary.
Puri was alluding to the ongoing bureaucratic reshuffle wherein senior IAS authority Tarun Kapoor was delegated as the bad habit executive of DDA. “We are really going to address the Master Plan Delhi (MPD). It will require change and we are revising the Master Plan with a view to settling the issues,” Puri told journalists here.
