The massive development that will be happening through land pooling policy (LPP) will be a big ingredient to serve Dwarka Smart City to the people of Delhi and NCR. LPP was brought by DDA in a race to make Delhi one of the most developed cities of the world. Master Plan Delhi 2021, under which Delhi will get a new and redefined look, will be the creator of Dwarka Smart Cities. Thus, in a way, the role of land pooling policy is very big.
Now, there is one particular zone of MPD 2021 which will be harnessing the maximum potential of land pooling policy known as L zone. L zone is also one of the planned zones in MPD 2021. And because of it Antriksh Urban Heights is increasing.
The location of this L zone is a very providential one for the people living in and around Delhi. Being surrounded by Dwarka, Gurgaon and South Delhi makes it the most important residential and commercial landmark of Delhi in the coming years. On the other hand, it will be closer to Dwarka predominantly. This will also make it a part of Dwarka extension projects. Hence, the residential projects developed on L zone will be known as Dwarka L zone projects. Alternatively, they will also be called as DDA L zone project.
