When the companies are seeing high levels of unsold stock, purchasing a new area has its own share of threats, especially, non-completion of tasks, late delivery and lack of basic social facilities. The future L-Zone in Delhi is one such place. Despite problems, it is gaining customers and traders.
As a step towards assisting the growing need of property in Delhi, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is working on the Master Plan of Delhi 2021 L Zone Projects. Located in South-West Delhi and distribute across 22,840 hectares of place, the L Area is expected to give an inspiration to the slow and flat property industry of the national capital. It is close to IGI Airport and is tactically placed between Dwarka and Gurgaon.
Under the development plan of DDA L Zone Projects, the authority has separated Delhi into 15 areas wherein ‘L’ Zone is the biggest and features Najafgarh as the only demographics town in the zone.
“At present, the areas are open for buying a land, wherein the property cultures and private designers are coming forth with their investment programs. Where majority have already bought land, many are still looking to acquiring the necessary mortgage approvals from the authority.
Once the mortgage approvals are obtained, the land owners of L Zone Housing Societies will publish the place to DDA out of which the authority will take 40 % of the total place position for development and growth of streets, water flow and drainage, sewerage and other social facilities. Once developed, the developers/housing cultures will be permitted to start their development programs.
