Today most of the people like to invest in the real estate in the Greater Noida. There is lots of real estate projects avail under the rera. Many people are facing some issues with operating the real estates in the location. Homebuyers in the location are decided to hear cases on the court to get a solution for the issues. On Thursday, the greater Noida bench of UP RERA (Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority) met fifty-six home buyers who came from ten various associations on the Noida sector. This first confronting each other communication among residents held on Noida authority sector 6.

From September 4, this group begins hearing of cases 4 times in a week in Greater Noida. This case will be going to held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday on a separate bench. In addition, the same case will be accessible on Wednesday at Lucknow. This case will be handled between both groups.

All persons were present on the bench of UP RERA, also includes Rajive Kumar as full-time chairman on the Thursday face to face meeting. According to members on the group, the majority of people as thirty-two issues were raised with homebuyers.

Project delay will not cause only issues for buyers in the NCR region. This meeting was held between more homebuyers and rera members to understand difficulties via face to face conversation of the association members.

With the panel members who participated in the meeting of homebuyers with some groups like Nefowa(Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association), Nefoma(Noida Extension Flat Owners Members Association) and buyers groups of Amrapali, Jaypee. Supertech, Unitech, 3Cs, Shubhkamna, and Prateek.

Those who present at the meeting are among who have pending cases by RERA. All individual cases will be heard on the court; however, we concentrated on some basic issues. Nowadays, the majority of people have not got a solution to the case that heard on the court. There are lots of cases is pending in the court. Some problems were considered before the bench begins to access by Greater Noida as a higher person on the panel which told on the times of India.

On Friday, the Rera group will make conversation among Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (credai). This conversation is followed with Yamuna express and Greater Noida authorities. Members on the panel are meeting some officials of real estate authorities. The credai helps to access this situation and helps people to gain solution for the pending cases. It will be held on coming days before case hearing from September. Lots of people living in the destination are going to hearing the case from September month.

Total pending cases:

Now the greater Noida bench of Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority has to address four thousand cases of western Uttar Pradesh. In the past year, over six thousand cases were completed 80 % people those who came from the cities like Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Meerut.

In the panel, homebuyers ensured more concerns. Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority has considered as a most popular location to buy residents in the state. They appealed to the compliance of the panel and given as weightage which said by Abhishek Kumar who president of Nefowa.

This state had decided earlier to make Noida bench of authority that considers eighty percent of total pending cases among rera in the NCR location. Two members on the authority hear complaints about specific days in Noida. Other two complaints would hear on Lucknow. To get a solution for the pending cases mobile court option are also available for panel members to resolve cases easily.

Authorities are not taking complaints of the homebuyers association. In the meeting, real estate developers are disobeying conditions and development under the real estate act of 2016. Moreover, homebuyers demanded to carry out financial statements of builders and some quality check of the residential project.
