The time arrived where you no longer need to feel jealous of the outstanding farm houses that United Kingdom and United States have. In India, Delhi comes with revised plans for green farm houses or now called as LDRA Farm House (Low Density Residential Area). The notification for this excellent plan came in June 2013, but recently, it started to pick up popularity because of huge curiosity around LPP (Land Pooling Policy).
The DAA (Delhi Development Authority) brought both LPP and LDRA Policy in Delhi for the superior housing opportunity to the people. The changes made included in the MPD (Master Plan Delhi) 2021.As per the notification passed by the Government, there are plenty of reasons for why Farmhouses in Delhi renamed as LDRA.
First, in the Delhi urban extension, the LDRA Farm Houses made in those areas where level of ground water depleted more so that high density of people may not feasible. As well, for environmental factors, this area does not support high density of people. This is because there may be heavy load on civic infrastructure like roads, water supply, sewage lines, parking, and so on.
Thus, renaming Delhi Farmhouse to low density residential areas seems practical. In the upcoming developments, the DDA LDRA Policy will define the new era in Delhi for country homes. Hence, Delhi soon going to offer many LDRA Plots to the people enjoys the countryside and green living lifestyle. This provides the opportunity for all to have own bungalow in Delhi. The cost of the farmhouse are also as low as 3 to 5 crore.
